SimpleCare Essentials for Networks and Workstations will proactively maintain device health so you can rest easy that critical information is secure and accessible. Devices are monitored 24/7/365 for connectivity, disk space availability, memory optimization, services and critical processes. Our engineers are available when you need them and will perform an on-going series of management tasks to proactively maintain equipment. Security and patch updates are regularly applied and tracked through a monthly executive summary. Services are conducted remotely from our Network Operations Center (NOC), and we have staff standing by to respond to any monitoring alerts or support issues.
